Previously, Thomas led Corporate Legal Services lines at Mindcrest, an alternative legal services support provider in Pune with headquarters in the US where he oversaw teams delivering contract drafting and legal research services to support corporate, legal and compliance departments.
Before this, Thomas led the KYC-AML service lines in Thomson Reuters-Pangea3 in Mumbai.

Meghna has conducted law courses for Maharashtra Intelligence Academy, Pune. She is a published author. Her published work – Introduction to Jurisprudence (Legal Theory & Concepts)
