This document is structured as a universal modular Master Cloud Services Agreement intended to govern the legal, commercial, operational, technical, security, data protection, regulatory and lifecycle aspects of cloud services between the parties. The main agreement establishes the core contractual framework and enduring obligations of the parties, while service-specific and subject-matter-specific terms are addressed through separate annexures. Each annexure applies only to the extent expressly incorporated through an executed order or other written instrument agreed between the parties, allowing different services to be governed by different combinations of service, governance, commercial, regulatory and technical annexures without requiring amendment of the master agreement.
